Gas Safe Qualified Multi-Trader
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Gas Safe Qualified Multi Trader to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied role combining gas, plumbing and general property maintenance, with excellent earning potential through optional overtime.
The Role
-
Service, diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems.

Carry out a range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.

Complete general multi-trade works, including minor property repairs and making good.

Carry out small plastering, carpentry and general maintenance tasks where required.

Provide a professional and high standard of customer service in customers' homes.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set.

Optional overtime and weekend work available.

Out-of-hours work paid at time and a half, door-to-door.

Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform provided.

Permanent, full-time position.
What We're Looking For
-
Experienced Gas Safe-qualified Multi Trader.

Current ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.

Strong domestic gas servicing, fault-finding and repair experience.

Good plumbing and general property maintenance skills.

Experience carrying out basic multi-trade repairs and making good.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
