About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist fit-out manufacturer in Basildon producing high-end bespoke joinery for prestigious commercial interiors across London. Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you will join a skilled team delivering top-tier craftsmanship from technical drawings.
Key Benefits

Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery for commercial fit-outs
Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
Safely operate woodworking machinery (panel saws, planer/thicknessers)
Produce shaped and profiled timber components
Prepare completed work for Spray Shop and Quality Control
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or Workshop Joiner
Time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
Ability to work independently from technical drawings
Attention to detail and passion for high-quality craftsmanship
