�� Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry
-
Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery
-
Installing skirting boards, architraves and finishing carpentry works
-
Installing and suspending ceilings
-
Reading and working from drawings and specifications
-
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
-
Following all health & safety requirements on site
-
Maintaining tools and equipment in safe working condition
�� Requirements
-
✅ Minimum 6 years' experience in 2nd fix carpentry
-
✅ Valid CSCS Card (preferred)not needed
-
✅ Valid DBS check
-
✅ Proven experience carrying out high-quality 2nd fix works
-
✅ Willingness to relocate/work away from home
-
✅ Non-UK nationals must hold Settled or Pre-Settled Status
