Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with our client for the appointment of a HVAC Technician on a permanent basis. This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday working from 07.30am until 3.30pm with over time available.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join the Engineering & Facilities team at one of the North East's largest industrial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of facilities and critical infrastructure, supporting the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of essential building services systems.
Job Description

Commissioning and maintaining hot and cold water systems.

Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on heating, ventilation, and water systems.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical building services equipment.

Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across a varied asset base.

Responding to critical breakdowns and completing repairs within required timescales.

Supporting the safe and efficient operation of a large industrial estate and associated facilities.
Skills Required
-
Fully time-served HVAC Technician.

NVQ Level 3 in Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Experience working on complex HVAC, heating, ventilation, and building services systems.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
