We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team, delivering repairs, maintenance, and small works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship and providing outstanding customer service within occupied and void residential properties.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.

Complete a wide range of carpentry works, including door and frame repairs, lock replacements, kitchen repairs, skirting, architraves, and general joinery.

Diagnose and rectify defects efficiently, ensuring work is completed right first time.

Undertake associated basic multi-trade tasks where required.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service to residents.

Accurately complete job reports and associated paperwork.
Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).

Proven experience working within domestic properties or social housing environments.

Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Full UK clean driving licence.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
