Junior Estimator – M&E (Electrical Bias)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: Bromley
We are seeking a Junior M&E Estimator with an electrical bias to join our client’s busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company. Based in Bromley, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a varied portfolio of projects, supporting the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions across mechanical and electrical building services, with a particular focus on electrical installations.
Key Requirements

3–5 years’ experience within the building services or M&E sector.

Good knowledge of electrical systems and a general understanding of mechanical services, including HVAC and plumbing.

Experience assisting with or preparing M&E cost estimates, material take-offs and tender returns.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and schedules.

Strong commercial awareness, numerical skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

HNC, HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.

Experience working on commercial, residential and public sector projects.

Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software, procurement processes and tendering procedures
