Factory Operative
Location: Wisbech
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Saturday, between 6:00am and 6:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Factory Operatives to join a busy display production facility in Wisbech. You will work as part of a team producing cardboard displays and promotional products for customers.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the production and assembly of cardboard displays

Preparing, folding, cutting and assembling display components

Operating basic production equipment safely

Packing finished products ready for dispatch

Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards

Keeping the production area clean and organised

Working efficiently as part of a team

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Previous factory or production experience is useful but not essential, as training may be provided
Working Hours
Shifts are available Monday to Saturday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with part-time opportunities available.
