Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our busy client based in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation supporting a major chilled food distribution contract.
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 07:30 – 18:00
Pay rate: £13.00 p/h
Key Responsibilities

Order Packing, packing, stacking, boxes of product safely and efficiently onto pallets

Wrapping and labelling pallets

Goods In/Out Unloading incoming deliveries

Maintaining a clean and safe, chilled working environment.

Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors

Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Working Conditions and Requirements

Cold environment, between 0 to 5 degrees
-
Requires stamina for lifting, walking, and standing for long periods.

Hours of work shift, including weekends, and early mornings
Required Skills
·Physical Fitness Ability to lift, pack, and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse role is advantageous but not necessary.
Own transport essential

- Warehouse: 1 year preferred
