Shifts/Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:30
Experience: Previous experience in an administration type role is essential
Assist Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Wigan.

The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants and wider team
Handling inbound telephone calls
Making outbound calls to candidates
Carrying out telephone interviews
Refreshing job adverts using our internal ticket logging system
Managing candidate onboarding, compliance and documentation
Scanning, uploading and filing
Data input
Handle general worker queries, holiday requests and timesheet queries
Ordering of stationary and PPE
Preparing reports & dataThis is a very varied role, and would suit someone who is flexible and willing to learn new skills.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Admin is essential, but full training will be provided. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a good understanding of the English language
Be reliable, motivated and eager to learn
Be confident using a computer, microsoft, excel and outlook (as well as other internal systems)
