Household Claims Handler | Bolton | £26,000 – £28,000 | Mon–Fri, 9–5

Assessing policy cover, benefits and liability against guidelines
Validating and negotiating settlements within your authority

Identifying and referring suspicious underwriting or potential fraud
Keeping policyholders updated clearly throughout the claim
Managing your own diary and prioritising a busy caseload

Minimum 12 months in a household or property claims role
Confident telephone manner and genuine listening skills
High attention to detail — accuracy matters here

The honest bit
It's an on-site role in Bolton, five days a week. There's no hybrid on this one. If you want office-based work with sociable hours, a real caseload and a company that pays for your qualifications, it's a good seat. If you're after remote or compressed hours, this isn't the one.
Apply now and we'll come back to you to talk it through properly — including who the employer is, what the team looks like, and what the first six months actually involve
