Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The IT Project Manager / Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the planning, writing of functional Specifications, implementation, and completion of IT projects, while also analyzing IT business processes, systems, and requirements to drive organizational improvements and efficiency gains.

Project Management Responsibilities:
Provide Visual Aid dashboard for Management to monitor tasks and timelines.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned related to project management.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document User and Functional requirements from stakeholders.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned related to Business Analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5+ years in project management and/or business analyst roles.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
PMP or CBAP certification is a plus.
