Regency Oaks is recruiting for a Clinical Manager to join our Skilled Nursing team! This position is responsible for the overall nursing care/service in the Health Center.

Responsibilities:
Supervises direct nursing care in the Health Center.
Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.
Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Coordinates, conducts, and documents the MDS, resident care plans and conference in the absence of the MDS nurse.
Responsible for Infection Control Program.
Assists with orientation of nursing personnel.
Provides education/in-services to nursing staff, as needed.
Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to resident care.
Notifies physician and family of changes in resident’s condition.
Assists DON in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Assists in infection control, safety and pharmacy rounds and audits.
Qualifications:
RN degree in Nursing required.
Minimum on (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in assisted or skilled nursing required.
