What you will make! $75k-80k annually
What Will You Do?
The Nurse Lead will ensure compliance with nursing responsibilities and requirements of nurses in crisis stabilization programs
• Support nursing staff through regular coaching and supervision.
• Responsible for efficient scheduling of nurses between admission hours of 8am-10pm M-F and weekend coverage during high incident times.
• Inventory and order of nursing/medical supplies.
• Assist with medication administration observation and training by RNs and staff, ensuring TCFF policies and procedures are observed.
• Review policies and procedures pertaining to nursing annually and as needed.
• Communication with other departments/positions related to medical needs of clients.
• Be available to nurses by cell phone provided by Thompson for guidance and scheduling and serve in vacant shifts when necessary for coverage.
Requirements:
What qualification do you need?
Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Associates Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience in pediatrics or psychiatry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requires a license as an RN in North Carolina.
