LEADERSHIP ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant leaders to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects for FOH of our restaurant business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and staff to ensure excellent customer service and work environment. Leaders will be responsible for upholding quality, safety, growing people and sales, as well stewarding costs and brand reputation. Exceptional communication and decision making skills coupled with a strong passion to serve others are a must.
The Chick-fil-A of Indian Land is located at 10032 Charlotte Highway, Indian Land, SC, 29707. We operate Monday-Saturday, 6:00am-10:00pm. Closed Sunday.
Health Insurance: Monthly contribution of $300 - $500 through Chick-fil-A offered plans depending on role
Life Insurance: $25 monthly contribution to plan selected through Chick-fil-A sponsored life insurance
Retirement: 401k offered after 6 months and 500 hours. We match 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of 3%-5% contributed
Paid Time Off: 40 hours to 80 hours depending on role
Cell phone: $25 monthly reimbursement with submittal of cell phone bill for Senior Leadership

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
· Coach, encourage, and hold staff accountable to policies/procedures

Operations
· Focus on the five critical areas to guest satisfaction: Speed of Service, Cleanliness, Taste of Food, Accuracy, Attentive and Courteous Employees
· Create work schedules
· Project future needs for goods, kitchen needs and cleaning products
· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
· Vocalize and make sure daily benchmarks are met
· Oversee cash handling
· Answer phone
· Check catering orders
· Ensure proper hand-washing and food safety procedures are followed
