School Administrator (Temp contract) - Sutton
Full-Time | September - December 2026 | 1 term Contract
We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive primary school team on a temporary cover contract, starting in September 2026 until December 2026.
We are looking for an experienced School Administrator who is happy to dedicate their skill-set into a temporary contract for 1 term. You must have a background of at least 1 year in administration in an education setting and a speciality in finance is preferable - please only apply if you meet this criteria.
The Role
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch break (35 hours per week)
As School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school office, acting as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, staff, and pupils. You will provide efficient administrative support and help ensure the smooth operation of school systems and procedures.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous administrative experience, ideally within a school, educational setting, or children's centre
Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Has a professional and welcoming manner
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or is willing to obtain one
Is available to attend handover days in August and commence the role in September
