In this varied role, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, acting as the main point of contact for both learners and employers throughout the apprenticeship programme. You will conduct regular workplace progress reviews, monitor apprentice performance, agree development plans, support learners with their personal and professional development, and ensure apprentices remain on track to achieve successful End Point Assessment outcomes.
Working closely with curriculum teams, employers and student services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding apprenticeship experience while supporting recruitment, employer engagement and learner progression.
This role would suit someone with experience working within apprenticeships, education or employer engagement who enjoys building relationships, supporting learners and helping people achieve their career goals.

The Role
Manage a caseload of Construction & Technology apprentices
Act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers
Conduct regular tri-partite progress reviews and monitor learner progress
Develop action plans to keep apprentices on track for End Point Assessment
Support apprentice recruitment, onboarding and induction
Deliver group tutorials and professional development sessions
Work closely with employers, curriculum teams and student services
Maintain learner records using OneFile and other college systems
Monday to Friday, 37-hour week
Based in Aylesbury with occasional travel to other college campuses
The Person
Experience working within apprenticeships, education or learner support
Experience building relationships with employers or external stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for supporting young people and apprentices
Level 2 Maths and English
