ABA Assistant - Oxford
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with Autism and additional needs?
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support using ABA-based strategies tailored to individual students.
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
Help implement personalised behaviour and learning programmes under the guidance of experienced staff.
Collect and monitor data relating to students' progress, behaviour, engagement, and development.We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people with additional needs.
A confident communicator with a genuine passion for SEN and behavioural support.
Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology, behavioural therapy, or education.
Able to follow structured programmes and implement strategies consistently.

Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
