A Secondary SEN School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated and caring ASD Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with ASD and SEN.
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
Help create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support individual learning and development.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.We're looking for an ASD Teaching Assistant who is:
