Job Title: Administrator
Location: Estates Building, RDE Wonford, Barrack Road, Exeter, EX2 5DW
Trust: Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust
Payrate: Band 2, £12.92 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: Start: ASAP, End date: 3 Months
We are looking for a proactive and organised Estates Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Estates department. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities

Open and prepare the office each day and complete end-of-day closing tasks.

Manage emails and post,

Process timesheets, dockets, reports, and other Estates documentation.

Scan, file, and maintain accurate records and compliance documents.

Support Estates Officers and liaise with contractors regarding issuing keys, access cards, and any administrative queries.

Assist with compliance administration, including fire safety, emergency lighting, and electrical records.

Produce routine reports and ensure all weekly administrative tasks are completed on time.
System Knowledge: Admin experience required, on job training will be provided.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.

Good communication skills and a positive, flexible approach.

Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.

Previous experience working within an Estates environment is not essential. Full training and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in Estates Administration.
