Night Shift Production Operative
Location: Cromer
Salary: £26,000 per year
Shift Pattern: Sunday & Monday nights, Thursday & Friday nights | 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent
Position 1 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join our client's production team in Cromer on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established food production company, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities

Cooking crab and lobster using specialist cooking and cooling equipment.

Cleaning crab shells.

Assisting with general production duties.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Supporting the team with other production tasks as required.
Working Hours

Sunday & Monday nights

Thursday & Friday nights

10:00 pm – 7:00 am
During quieter periods, there may be occasions when fewer hours are required. However, you will continue to receive your normal salary.

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
