Forklift (FLT) Operator - Warehouse & Production

Job Type: Permanent Temp to Perm
Pay: £14.91 per hour (includes attendance bonus)
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights
Production: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) averaging 42.5 hours per week
Warehouse/FLT: 1 week per month in warehouse + additional cover
Transport: Own vehicle required due to location and shift times
ISQ Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and respected manufacturing business with a strong presence in the market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with a reliable and experienced Forklift (FLT) Operator - Warehouse & Production experience.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a valid forklift licence, ideally with pivot steer (Bendi/Flexi) certification and/or proven previous experience, alongside a strong background in forklift driving and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Duties
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Maintain accurate production records and inspection logs
Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues
Support process improvements and productivity
Warehouse & FLT Duties
Complete goods-in/goods-out documentation accurately
Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
Store incoming goods correctly
Ensure shipment accuracy and report discrepancies
Support warehouse and production operations as required
What We're Looking For
Valid, in-date FLT licence essential
Pivot steer licence and/or previous pivot steer experience highly desirable
Strong previous experience in a forklift driver / warehouse operative role
Experience with loading, unloading, stock control, and goods movement
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with rotating shifts
Strong team ethic and ability to work independently
