Multi-Trader – Norfolk
Location: Norwich, Norfolk (NR7)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Trader on behalf of an established property maintenance contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across Norfolk.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, excellent support and a company van and fuel card provided.
Duties

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.

Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.

Undertake repairs to occupied and void residential properties.

Diagnose faults and complete quality repairs.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader.

Strong all-round maintenance skills.

Experience within social housing desirable.
-
Full UK Driving Licence.

Ability to work independently.
