Experienced Logistics Administrator – Food Production
Buckingham | £14.10 per hour | Temp to Perm
Aspired Talent is recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our client's growing team at a brand-new food production facility in Buckingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new operation, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day logistics function and helping ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the logistics and transport operation
Processing orders and delivery documentation
Liaising with drivers, suppliers and internal departments
Updating logistics systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with stock movements and dispatch administration
Providing general administrative support to the logistics team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Flexible start and finish times:
8:00am – 4:00pm, or
9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay:
£14.10 per hour
The Opportunity:
This is a temporary to permanent position. You will complete an initial 12-week assignment with Aspired Talent before being offered a permanent contract with our client, subject to satisfactory performance and attendance.
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a logistics or transport administration role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and reliable approach to work
