All Square Recruitment are recruiting Picker Packers to join a busy distribution team in Basildon, Essex.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a temporary role to manage a busy period.

Picker Packer - Responsibilities

Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.

Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.

Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.

Work in a team to collectively achieve targets

Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects
Experience required for the role

Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role

Strong attention to detail & accuracy

Good communication & teamwork skills
-
Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.
