Site Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £18.95 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy site in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting site operations, and liaising with both internal teams and external visitors.
Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support to the site management team.

Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally.

Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and site documentation.

Processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes where required.

Updating spreadsheets and internal databases.

Coordinating site meetings and taking minutes when necessary.

Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

Welcoming visitors and contractors, ensuring site sign-in procedures are followed.

Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance records.

Supporting payroll, timesheet, or attendance administration where applicable.

Carrying out any other administrative duties to support the wider team.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or a busy site environment.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional and approachable manner.
Desirable

Experience using ERP or site management systems.

Knowledge of health and safety documentation.
