Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client's busy team based in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role, starting on a 12-week temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.
The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to coordinate operations within the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Providing general office administration support
Allocating daily collections and coordinating schedules
Liaising with drivers throughout the day to ensure smooth operations
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team with daily tasksThe ideal candidate will:
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be confident speaking with customers and colleagues
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Be reliable, proactive, and keen to develop within the roleWhat's on offer:
