Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator for a temporary, 2 week role.. This role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data records and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and excellent organisational abilities.
Working hours, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch), office-based.
Responsibilities

Updating systems such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.

Managing and organising electronic files to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Updating data on system and deleting duplicate entries.

Ensuring data integrity by verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills.

Good computer skills, competent with Microsoft Excel.
