Working closely with Transport Planners and Accounts, you’ll take ownership of the full paper trail, ensuring every job has a purchase order, agreed rate and proof of delivery, all matching, every time.
If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving and isn’t afraid to chase information to get things right first time, this could be the perfect opportunity.

· Ensure every job has a valid PO number and agreed rate, chasing missing information where required
· Maintain and align the transport diary, PO log and rate schedules on a daily basis

· Collect, match and maintain tickets, delivery notes and PODs against each job
· Run daily checks to ensure all documentation is complete before it is passed to Accounts
· Manage and resolve invoice queries, acting as the first point of contact for Accounts
· Build and maintain customer billing profiles to ensure invoices are delivered correctly first time
· Work proactively to reduce invoice queries and minimise credit notes across the business
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Previous experience within transport, logistics, haulage or a similar operational office environment
· Strong document control and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Confident communicator, comfortable chasing customers, drivers and internal teams for information
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong Excel and systems skills, with experience of working with planning or transport systems
· Calm under pressure with the ability to stay focused in a busy office environment
