Candidates must be available for up to two weeks of training, which will take place Monday to Friday. This training period is crucial for ensuring that all operatives are well-prepared and confident in their roles. During this training phase, you will be compensated at a rate of £12.71 per hour. Upon completion of training, the pay rate increases to an impressive £17 per hour for weekend shifts.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
