Hours: 44 hours per week - Days 6am-2pm and Afternoons 2pm-10pm on a rolling pattern.

What will you be doing?
Maintaining efficient and effective operations of the facility / mobile plant
Oversee the production team, assigning work and monitoring safety procedures
Ensure materials are processed to achieve maximum throughput at all times.
Control all loading activities and tipping hall activities for incoming loads in conjunction with the weighbridge operations
Control the acceptance, storing, and loading of plant materials to ensure compliance with the site permit
Report and respond to plant emergencies, as required
Audit the plant and employees for quality, quantity, housekeeping, safety conformance, PPE etc
What are we looking for?
Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques gained in a fast paced production environment
Previous experience of managing a large operational team of 40 plus employees
Good health & safety knowledge
