About the Role
As Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support to managers and operational teams
• Raising works orders and maintaining project records
• Scheduling engineers, subcontractors, and appointments
• Managing and organising company documentation and files
• Updating and maintaining records within company management systems
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and compliance documentation
• Supporting audits, inspections, and internal processes
• Issuing project handover documentation and correspondence
• Acting as a first point of contact for administrative enquiries
• Ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
• Experience using CRM or project management systems
• Experience within a construction, property, compliance, or service-based environment
• Understanding of document control and record management processes
