Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: 100% office-based at Teviot House, Edinburgh
Hourly Rate: £14.40 p/hr
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM
Start Date: ASAP
As an Administrator, you will:
Handle everyday banking processing tasks while working from centralised systems to fulfil client requests.
Manage various activities including risk indicators, posting cheques, and letters.
Carry out simple procedural tasks to support the management of external client relationships.
Assist with routine customer needs and handle non-standard or more complex cases using established procedures.
Maintain organised files for correspondence and records.
Support the development of your personal capabilities through training opportunities.
Perform basic risk monitoring and assessment tasks to aid your colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
Basic administrative experience is preferred.
Experience handling sensitive data is a bonus, but we welcome candidates from various backgrounds.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
