Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the professional services team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and client documentation.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate client onboarding and maintain client records.
Assist with project administration, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Process invoices, expenses, and other business documentation as required.
Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
Profile
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, client-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Job Offer
Salary up to £28000 and excellent benefits
Hybrid after 3 months probation
