French-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Temporary)

We are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a busy and supportive team based in Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Responding to customer emails and enquiries
Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving issues efficiently
Accurately updating customer records on internal systems
Liaising with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT and administrative abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
