The company offers a supportive team environment and is looking to strengthen its finance function with a dedicated Finance Assistant.
Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase and sales invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, carrying out bank and statement reconciliations, assisting with supplier payment runs, and handling finance queries. You will also work with multiple currencies, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation across international transactions.
This is a fully office-based, permanent position with an ASAP start, working 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Experience working with multiple currencies
AAT Level 4 qualification (or working towards it) would be beneficial.
Experience using Sage 200 would be highly desirable.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
