Hours: 7.00am – 3.30pm
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences on a global scale?
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join a team and support customers across the Middle East & African region.
This is a fast-paced role and you will take responsibility for the customer from point of order to delivery. From managing complex international shipments and export compliance to building strong customer relationships.
Working in this role, you will be

Delivering a first-class customer experience across all communication channels

Managing and monitoring customer orders, pricing, quotations, and fulfilment

Coordinating high-volume international logistics and export documentation

Building strong relationships with customers and international colleagues

Identifying opportunities to support sales growth and cross-selling initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and order management experience

Knowledge of international import/export processes and logistics

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Previous experience of working with CRM systems
