Customer Service Executive
Birmingham City Centre
£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Hours: 12pm–8pm or 2pm–10pm (Mon–Fri)
Key Duties:

Central customer support role handling inbound calls, queries, deliveries, returns, and order issues

Own customer cases end to end, working with warehouse and sales teams to resolve problems quickly

Pre and post‑sales activity

Make outbound calls to re‑engage lapsed customers, support key accounts, and promote products

Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, assist with reporting, and support daily admin

Vet and qualify new customer accounts; identify leads for Business Development

Maintain high call‑answer rates and ensure all enquiries are responded to

Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail
