A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Temporary Part-Time Office Administrator / Receptionist to join their team ASAP. This is a temporary position working Monday - Thursday, 10:00am - 3:00pm and paying £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Temporary Part-Time Office Administrator / Receptionist role will include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming calls and emails professionally
First point of contact for all visitors
General office administration, filing, and document management
Assisting with scheduling installers and updating job calendars
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier enquiries
Supporting management with general office coordination and administrationSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Previous office administration or receptionist experience
Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Xero
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
