This is an extremely varied role, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business, responsible for providing effective and efficient support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering telephones and responding to emails as appropriate, dealing with customer queries or forwarding them to the relevant department

Making outbound calls to customers in relation to their enquiries

Scheduling installations and additional works
-
Updating and maintaining business software, spreadsheets, and trackers

Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including the development of social media and marketing strategies

Diary management, including booking travel and accommodation

Assisting with fleet management, including booking MOTs, services, and repairs
-
Supporting other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as required by the business
Previous Skills & Experience Required:

Proven administrative support experience

An accurate, methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines

A high degree of professionalism, with a strong work ethic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
