Work Strata Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a logistics client for a Transport Office Administrator to join a busy and growing transport operation located in SR8.

The Role:
You will provide essential administrative support to the transport office team, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the transport office team
Act as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
Create and process jobs within the planning system
Maintain accurate records and transport documentation
Support compliance and reporting tasks
Assist with driver paperwork and daily transport administration
Liaise with transport planners and managers
General office duties including filing and data entry
What We’re Looking For:
Previous administration experience within transport, logistics or warehousing preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good IT and data entry skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Confident working with spreadsheets and office systems
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
