Must have’s

Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, retail, hospitality or property

Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems to manage customers and bookings

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

So, what will you be doing?
-
Handling customer enquiries face to face, by phone and email with professionalism
-
Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
-
Converting leads into bookings and promoting additional products and services
-
Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system
-
Supporting head office with inbound sales and customer service enquiries for multiple sites
-
Taking ownership of site presentation, security and day-to-day operations
-
Monitoring unit availability, completing site checks and reporting maintenance issues
-
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and security procedures at all times
Helpful extras

Working on a rota basis, including mandatory weekend shifts
