Warehouse Operative
£28,000 – £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business offering a long-term position for an experienced warehouse professional.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day running of warehouse operations

Booking stock onto the SAP system from purchase orders

Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently

Ensuring same-day dispatch wherever possible

Carrying out stock checks and stock transfers

Building kits and preparing production orders

Ensuring returned stock is processed correctly

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

Security checking orders before dispatch

Supporting goods in/goods out processes

Operating a Reach FLT when required
Skills & Experience Required
-
Previous warehouse experience
-
Valid Reach FLT licence or proven Reach Truck experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

Computer literate with stock system experience

Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Positive and team-focused attitude
Desirable Experience

SAP or warehouse stock system knowledge

Scanner and inventory management experience

Warehouse planning experience
