Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
(1 hour unpaid lunch break per day)Salary: £12.71 per hour
Training: Full training provided
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin / Despatch Assistant to support our busy office and despatch operations. This is a varied role combining administrative duties with daily despatch responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Raising Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
Handling daily despatch activities
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries professionally
Responding to customer and internal queries via email
Carrying out general office administration duties as required
Supporting Health & Safety administration tasks
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Skills & Experience Required
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
Good standard of English and Maths
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
