An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-focused MIS Assistant to join our client’s Management Information Systems team within an educational setting. This is a pivotal role that supports accurate data, compliance, and examinations, helping learners achieve their full potential.

The role
You will support the effective delivery of MIS services across exams, enrolments, funding and planning. Working closely with academic and support teams, you will ensure data is accurate, compliant and processed on time, contributing to a robust and responsive service.
Key responsibilities

Processing exam entries, results and enrolment documentation

Supporting the organisation and administration of examinations

Maintaining accurate learner and curriculum data

Assisting with funding, ILR returns and compliance checks

Liaising with internal teams to resolve data queries

Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
About you
-
Experience in a similar administrative or data-focused role

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems

Proactive, organised and comfortable working under pressure
-
Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
This role is based within an educational environment. A current and valid ENHANCED DBS will be required.
