Midday Assistant - Glossop (Part-Time)
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Midday Assistant to support a friendly and welcoming school in the Glossop area. This is a part-time role, perfect for individuals seeking reduced hours or those looking to gain valuable experience within a school setting.
The Role:
As a Midday Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas
Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
Assisting with basic first aid where required
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children during lunchtime
Supporting children with their meals where necessaryThe Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic, caring, and approachable
Able to engage positively with children of primary school age
Reliable and punctual
