We are a busy and well-established estate agency based in Alton, looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a structured MondayâFriday schedule â no weekend work.
The Role
Youâll play a key part in keeping our sales department running smoothly, ensuring all administrative processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing property listings and uploading details to portals

Preparing sales documentation and compliance paperwork

Supporting the team with general administration

Handling inbound calls and client enquiries

Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems

Assisting with sales progression where required
About You
Weâre looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients.
Youâll ideally have:

Previous administration experience (estate agency experience preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
