We are looking for a proactive part-time Administrator to join the Oxfordshire Adult ADHD Service serve its patients to the best of its ability.
We are a small yet dedicated team in search of a new part-time Administrator. You will need:

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a young service (established 2021) as it continues to develop and expand.
The service's operational hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Precise working hours are flexible and can be negotiated, although the ability to work at least part of the day on a Monday and a Friday is an essential requirement.
Main administrator duties:
This role will involve:

General administrative duties including typing letters, report writing, minute taking, and data recording/collection.

Taking phone calls from patients and professionals within and outside of the Trust.

Handling and processing general enquiries into the service.

Entering and processing clinical information using a variety of software programs and electronic health record systems.

Liaising with patients to book clinic appointments.
-
Providing a reception services to visitors when needed.

Essential criteria

Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.

Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook

Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation
