Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Working on behalf of Pertemps for our Banbury-based client
Location: Banbury
Salary: £27,000 per annum / £13.15 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
1 hour lunch break per day (30 mins unpaid)
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Banbury-based client on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and processing sales orders via telephone and email
Checking stock availability and issuing invoices
Maintaining accurate sales records and customer information
Compiling monthly sales reports
Arranging installation dates with customers and Sales Managers
Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
