Peopleforce Recruitment for a Customer Contact Specialist in Abingdon for one of our long-standing healthcare partners. This company provides workplace health services by supporting employers monitor employee health, identify risks, and keep workplaces safe using testing and health data.
You’ll work as a Customer Service Specialist in the Occupational Health team in Abingdon.
Your main job is to:

Help customers book health services

Answer questions (by phone and email)

Make sure everything runs smoothly and on time
You’re basically the first point of contact for customers and play a big role in their overall experience.
What you’ll do

Answer customer queries clearly and professionally

Book appointments/services and guide customers through the process

Organise clinic schedules and make sure appointments are set up correctly

Work with external providers to deliver services on time
-
Coordinate with internal teams (like clinical and lab teams)
-
Follow processes and hit targets (KPIs/SLAs)
-
Do admin tasks to support operations
What they’re looking for

Good communication skills (written and spoken)

Some customer service experience (preferred, not essential)

Comfortable using IT (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salesforce experience is a bonus
