SF Partners are supporting an established business in Alcester who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity either for somebody who is experienced in sales administration, or somebody who is driven and is looking to start their career.
Working pattern: site based Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
The role involves processing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing and managing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process,
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Follow up quotations to maximise sales opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and product specifications
- Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information
- Prepare sales reports and management information as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
